Executive Functioning Skills Series

Executive functioning skills are the mental skills that help children manage everyday life, things like planning, staying organized, managing time, getting started on tasks, and handling changes or challenges. Think about a child who has homework, a project due, and soccer practice, all in the same afternoon. Knowing what to do first, estimating how much time each task will take, and remembering what to bring to practice all rely on executive functioning skills. With practice and the right strategies, children can strengthen these skills, build confidence, and develop greater independence.

Four-week series, 60-minute sessions - $225 per participant

Sessions are drop-off only, so individuals who participate should be able to separate from their adult easily.
